Pricing Guide – Wolf Lake Motel

Rooms and Amenities

Single Room: Small room with one full size bed, mini fridge, coffee pot. $70/night.

Two full size beds with mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot. $85/night.

One queen and one full size bed. Mini fridge, coffee pot, microwave, kitchen sink, two-burner stove top. $115/night.

Two full size beds and a futon. Full kitchen and bath. $135/night.

Two queen beds and a sofa sleeper. Full kitchen and bath. This room overlooks Wolf Lake. $145/night.

Two bedrooms with queen size bunk beds and sofa sleeper. Full kitchen and bath. $190/night.

All of the lakefront units and the bunk house have dishes, pots, pans, glasses, silverware, table and chairs.

We provide charcoal grills, picnic tables, basketball hoop, paddle boat and fire pit (firewood is not provided by Wolf Lake Motel & Resort)

Note: there is a two (2) night minimum for all weekends. Holiday weekends have a three (3) night minimum.

Reservation Cancellation: There is a two-week cancellation notice on reservations for two days or less. There is a one-month cancellation notice for three or more days and for two or more rooms. If you are reserving for a three days or more, or two or more rooms, or are reserving more than two months in advance, there is also a $100 nonrefundable reservation fee for each room reserved, the reservation fee will be used towards the rental at check in, if the full reservation is used and unchanged. Note: if you do not cancel a room reservation within the cancellation time period, you will be charged one night’s stay for each room reserved.
No Show Policy: If you reserve a room and do not show up for your reservation, you will lose your reservation fee and be charged one night’s stay for each room that you have reserved.
Right of Refusal: At any time, Wolf Lake Motel & Resort LLC may for any reason terminate or refuse to lease or rent .We reserve the right to change the prices or policies at any time. No refunds for early departure. Deposits are nonrefundable.
